If you need repairs done, dont expect them done on time. I needed my shower fixed and it took over 12 months to be fixed. Never once did the landlord talk with the maintenance person. When I moved in the house was still a disaster of a mess, like it never was cleaned before move in, fridge was never clean, stove/oven never cleaned, then when I move out I was charged with a cleaning fee, which then on top of the cleaning fee had to pay another fee for a professional cleaner to come in. Landlord will have her mail delivered to your address and ask for you to collect it for her. Very unprofessional, never on time for meetings, completely blows off meetings when scheduled. Oven set on fire and landlord just said to unplug it and then two days later brought another used worse oven in to replace it that wasn't cleaned then on move out charged to have it cleaned. Will charge you to use the washer and dryer. Neighbor connected to the house had a black mold issue and had to leave her house completely and all of her belongings just left on the side of the joint house and no one notified us of the issue just keeping us in harms way without any notice. All in all, I would suggest that no one rents from this person. 2020
The cliff-notes version of my review is that buying a home, especially for the first time, can be a nerve-wracking experience. However, Jennifer and her team were AMAZING, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process informative and actually a lot of fun. I cannot recommend The Jennifer Kelly Team enough.
To add a little more detail, let me start by saying I changed my mind about 5 times throughout this process, and the Jennifer Kelly Team was with me every step of the way. Never once were they frustrated or impatient - they were always excited for me and supportive.
At first, I wanted to build so we looked at land. Financing for new construction has been difficult during COVID so I started looking at new developments. The locations weren't great so I took a few months off. This fall I started looking again. I found some great homes, put in an offer, didn't get the property. Finally I told the Kelly Team that I wanted a fixer-upper, and man did they deliver. They found me an AMAZING home in Broomfield (amazing in terms of potential). The house itself is in need of a full renovation, but they got me an excellent price, leaving $$$ for the renovation, coming in well under my total budget all things said and done.
Jennifer told me throughout the process that "You're exactly where you need to be." It sounds like something you'd read on a fortune cookie, but she was 110% right. In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't build, I'm glad I didn't get the first house, and I couldn't be more excited to start the reno process on my new home. When you're buying a home it can be an emotional process. You find one you like, you put in an offer, and when you don't get it it can be a letdown. But that's where Megan and Jennifer shine - they've been through this a thousand times and will support you and help you find a home that's even better.
Every step of the way Megan and Jennifer were there to support me. They know everything from construction methods, to foundation issues, to tax codes, to regulations, to requirements. They always called me a few days before important deadlines to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was aware of everything that needed to happen.
Buying a home has been one of the biggest decisions of my life, and I couldn't be happier with Jennifer and Megan. I was supported, I was given great advice, and the whole process turned out to be great fun.

We moved from DC to Colorado with little time to prepare and less time to look at houses. My husband and I vetted a number of realtors to see if they could (1) truly understand our "musts", i.e. send us curated links to specific house they've actually seen and evaluated, not send us 1000 automatically generated links that violate our "musts" 98% of the time, (2) be our champion when dealing with seller's agents and new housing developers, (3) knowledgeable to the point where they are able to explain confusing home structural, legal, home financing concepts to first time home buyers, and (4) be fully available to us during the time of our search. Jennifer was the only realtor who had these qualities and had a great personality and humor to boot. She showed us different parts of Fort Collins the first day and helped us find and narrow down our choices in the weeks to come. In what can be a difficult, stressful time, Jennifer was able to lead us well and answer our questions, alleviating much of the worry that can come with a home purchase.
