I'm not even sure where to start with this organization. The entire team acts with the utmost professionalism, while still being personable enough to build lasting relationships along the way. This was my first home purchase, and I had NO IDEA what to expect. I constantly had questions, and was unsure of my every move. The entire team was 100% supportive, and was always acting in my best interest.
Starting from the consultation, Melisa and Eric did a fantastic job explaining what the next steps of the process would be like.
Rachel did an AMAZING job searching the market everyday for new listings that I might be interested in. She emailed them to me all the time, and when she felt like she may have stumbled upon the jackpot, she would even call me to make sure I didn't miss out on any of the opportunities. When I finally one I liked, she called up Eric and scheduled a showing.
Eric would show up at the drop of a hat, 25 hours a day, 8 days a week. He gave both her professional and personal opinion of all of the homes we viewed to make sure I was getting in over my head with anything. When we finally wrote the contract, he worked tirelessly to get all the details worked out and get our offer accepted.
After property inspections, Matt took over. Another wonderful smiling face to work with through this process. Matt combed through the inspection report line by line, and explained what repairs he felt we should ask for, and those he felt we could get by without. After inspections, appraisals, etc., Matt and Eric were able to get the sale price lowered, get a few items fixed, and even get some furniture thrown into the deal!
Moving to Melisa and her team, they all made it a breeze. If I had any questions, ever, Melisa would have an answer for me within minutes!
Overall I can't say enough about this organization and the team Mike has put together here. As much as I love my new house, I can't wait for the next move, just because I'm looking forward to working with this team again! 2019

Where should I start about this team!? This was our first home purchase. From the first day I contacted them online, to well....still today, They have all been FANTASTIC!!! Mike was not my first real estate agent, but I'll never use anyone else ever again. My last one had me concerned I was going to take a big hair cut selling my "needs some love" home, or would have to pour tons of cash into it to bring it up to market expectations.
When I met Mike, he told me not to worry. He had my back. Mike came with a plan. He executed on that plan, and delivered not only on what he said I'd get for my house, but ended up with multiple offers at or higher than asking (which itself was higher than I was dreaming). Eventually closed thirty give grand more than even that!

Bonni Luckett Galbally and her team were amazing at helping me sell my home. She was able to tell me just what we needed to do to get it up on the market. After it went on the market, it was on contract in a week. She always took the time to stay in touch and keep me updated. All of the paperwork was done electronically (except closing) so I never had to worry about going to an office to sign. She is so patient, understanding, and helpful.
