I cannot say enough good things about Laura. Laura is an artist and she has an excellent grasp of how to make a listing "pop" with a little extra yard work and how to present the inside to its best advantage. I discussed what I thought the budget held for preparing the house to sell and she worked with me, helping decide what to do and helping me select paint and carpet colors to freshen the house up. She was thorough in going through the listing documents with me and answering my questions. She was not pushy at all--but businesslike and professional. She was always available by phone or text--if not right away--within a reasonable amount of time. She really knows what advice to give about getting a house ready to put on the market and how to negotiate with prospective buyers.
