I was someone who wanted to sell by owner or with a discount agency like Redfin, but I was overruled by my wife and I am glad that I was. Lisa always did her homework before meeting with us or before any phone calls to us. She was well prepared, came with visuals for the two of us. She listened. We did not want an open house. She was prepared for the inspection and prepared us for it. Lisa knows Tacoma well, especially north Tacoma. Her knowledge of the Browns Point area was not as strong, but she worked hard to educate herself on the sales market in the area. She always was knowledgeable.

Lisa excelled in all these areas. Lisa stayed in contact with us after the sale and our moving out. Though she did not have to, Lisa helped us through the death of one of our dogs. Help does not come close to describing her empathy, her time, energy, and expense to help us through it. When Buster's body was found, Lisa took care of it from begining to end. She protected us from a tragic situation. I can not say to much for her sacrifice. She has been my angel.
