We decided to sell our home, this seemed like the perfect opportunity for us. Home inventory was loan combined with loan mortgage rates meant selling your home was now at a premium!

True to my word, we went back to Tom for our real estate needs, this would be a tricky one since we needed to sell and purchase at the same time. We were purchasing upstate and needed to coordinate between my realtor upstate and my realtor in long island. Tom once again gave us all the information we needed and really set our minds at ease. We are anxious people by nature and want things done yesterday... but having worked with Tom we knew we were being taken care of.

During our sales process we had a couple bumps, none due to Tom but just the nature of the business. In the end Tom helped us negotiation for WELL OVER ASKING!!! This helped us buy the home we wanted and have a little extra for emergencies.

Not sure if I'll ever go back to Long island but I recommend Tom 1,000%, he is honest and knowledgeable. He was always looking after our best interest, this is the most important quality i can think of for a realtor to have, you need to feel confident that they are looking after you.

My wife, child and I are eternally grateful and though he is our realtor we consider him a friend. Thank you Tom for all your hard work!

We were first time home buyers, we did our research and fell in love with a home. Tom was selling it, however that deal fall through not because of Tom but the owner wasn't serious about moving out. However, we liked Tom and asked him to be our buyers agent. We were excited, young, and went to every open house. I remember we stopped by a baskin Robbins and he got us ice cream, said these are my kids. It was cute and we felt like he was a family member going to bat for us. We always felt he had our best interest in mind, since we didn't know much about homes he would tell us things to look out for, explained the process. When purchasing our home he was even there at closing with us the sellers Realtor wasn't there but our lawyer and realtor were with us, we felt like we had support. When we sell our home Tom will be the guy we reach out to again. There are so many realtors, when you find one you connect with, is professional, responsive, negotiates hard, and feels they always have your best interest that's the one for you. Tom was that for us.
