Tammy was God sent!!!! She listened and obseved me closely and knew what I wanted. She worked diligently to find my MUST HAVES and STAYED WITHIN MY BUDGET!!! She is warm, funny and motivated to ensure she meets her clients needs. She is knowledgeable, professional - yet she felt like a family member I enjoyed having around - and she always remained available for questions no matter the time of day. She answered questions that I asked several times but could not remember all the information. She was supportive in the early stages while I figured out what my MUST HAVES were. She is patient and invested in making sure her clients are happy with their purchase on closing day. And the cherry on top was she worked with my family and law office to get a closing time allowing my son to fly in on closing day to surprise me and be present at the closing. She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!

Tammy was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers in a crazy market and she took the time to walk us through all of the steps and make sure we understood the process. We had been with another realtor the year before and felt like just another name on a list and weren't given the information that first time home buyers needed. She really took the time to help us understand what we were doing and make sure that we got into a house that we really wanted - not just settling. She has great patience as it felt we looked at a thousand homes before we found the one we wanted and she made sure we would not stop looking until we found the right one. I wish there were words to discribe what all Tammy helped me with during this time my home was up for sale and selling it.
