I bought my home from him in The Highlands, in Hudson, Fl. My daughter bought a second home from him and lived beside us for over three years. He was professional, entertaining and knowledgeable. Long story short, my wife past and we decided to move. So having a good relationship with Larry in the past, we decided to have Larry sell our homes. First my daughters home, then we put my home for sale.
The home did not sell right away, and since we had moved to Tennessee, a lot of responsibility for keep-up of the home was left to Larry. He had to make certain that the grass and shrubs and the pool were kept in good shape. Larry went beyond his normal call to duty.I would recommend Larry, without hesitation to be my realtor
