From the time Rich listed my house until we had an offer was 10 days. Rich met with me several times to discuss listing my house, comparing my home to other similar homes in the area, pricing, showing my house, making any minor repairs and taking the best offer. Rich was always available by phone, returning calls in a timely manner. We had many showings in a short period of time. During the process of house hunting, he was patient, readily available, informative explaining various things I was just learning, & helped me by telling me exactly as things were.
