Selling our house was a challenge because of all the work that needed to be done to it. Karen was super supportive and responsive (replied to texts and e-mails at any time of the day almost immediately). She was cooperative with our family in pricing the property, but she did a good job of keep us grounded as well. The only bad part of our experience was how long it took to sell. I attribute this to the condition of the house, and how we underestimated the amount of work that is needed to be done to make it sellable. We kept hearing from Karen and all the agents we talked to about how hot the market was, especially in the country. Apparently, it was not as "hot" as everyone thought, as it took a long time and several price reductions to move it. All that being said, we had a positive experience working with Karen, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. 2021
