If I had questions in regards to something else, not related to real state ( like mortgage , inspections etc ) they were always willing to try to assist me if possible. *They care about their customers !! They also help me to do an amazing negotiation with the seller. * I was not able to be present in FL at closing , so Dennis made a really nice video for me for the final walk through of my new home. *After closing they still checking on me to make sure everything is fine.
