From the day I met Dave Van Nus I knew that he was the one who was going to get my house sold. I came to this conclusion by watching him take notes, he began to get ideas as we were talking. He told me that he had a plan and he was going home and form a selling plan. He called me every couple of days to see how we were doing and I finally made the decision to start the process. Dave talked to me about what his selling plan was and looked and sounded like a solid. We went for it. The house went on the market apparently he got several calls. He would call me to see if I was available to have the house ready for the house to show and that was how it went with the showing of the house. On that Friday night Dave had 2 offers. On Saturday through Sunday and by the time the weekend was over we had 5 offers and one of those offers wanted the so bad that he came back with an offer that was $19,000 more than our asking. Dave came back to me with the second offer from the first offer and we accepted. Dave guided me through all of the steps. He had me on an electronic calendar and it advised me of up coming events. Dave was always available for if I had questions or concerns and I could call, text or email him and he would respond almost immediately. His staff also contacted me when necessary. Dave made me feel so comfortable because he was caring, he and his staff were always kind, respectful and professional and reliable. Before I found Dave, I had signed up with Keller and Williams. I was with them for 6 months. I terminated with them after 6 months because I felt they weren't doing anything for me. I had lots of lookers with one offer for $20,000 less than my asking price and several personal items I had in my home for my use! It started with Rich coming to my house and insinuated that he could sell my home in 17 days. That is their average time to sell a house. The next thing they did is they placed their sign so close to my neighbor's property that people couldn't see the sign well and if they did find it was difficult to know which property was for sale. No, the didn't do anything right.

Dave is a standout professional, and he was a godsend for me throughout this transaction. Dave was a great negotiator when it came to accepting the counteroffer for my property. At one point, I became so overwhelmed with the reality of "yes this is actually happening," that Dave joined multiple three-way calls and led conversations on my behalf. I would have stumbled through those calls without him, but we got through it!
