This is our second time working with Shelly, she sold us our first home a few years ago and then worked with us again with it's sale this summer and helped us find a new home that we will be closing on this week! Especially in the midst of a pandemic and a lot of unknowns, Shelly brought us a lot of peace of mind while still being honest. She had our house under contract for full asking before we were even officially listed! With such low inventory in our area, finding a new home was trickier but Shelly stayed calm but aggressive in the search for a new one, and ended up being able to get us into a showing last minute on a Sunday where we ended up making an offer then and there. She knows just what to look for when walking through a home to make sure you get a full picture of its good points as well as the not so great things. She made it fun and helped us feel confident in our choice! Can't recommend her and her team enough!
