Phyllis in my opinion goes above and beyond to make the buying or selling process go smoothly. I can't say enough positive things about her. There are so many. I would give her more stars in the rating if I could! If you need recommendations for appraisers, lenders, insurance companies, attorneys etc. she has ones that she has used but she lets you make your own decision on them. We were happy with everybody that we chose to use recommended by her. It was the second time using the appraiser she recommended. We used Phyllis a few months ago to sell a condo at Vista Royal that we were renting out and 6 years ago she was our realtor when we purchased our own condo at Vista Royal. If she isn't available she makes sure you have somebody from her staff to help you. She helped us understand everything through this whole process and it can get crazy and overwhelming. Any questions we had we got the answers . She is not pushy and she knows Vero Beach! My husband actually has known Phyllis since high school. She is a great and honest person.
