Despite market conditions in the neigborhood, she got the house sold in just a month time period it has been on market. She also stayed on top of everything during "under contract" process and up to sales closing day! I had pretty rough patch going through home inspection and she has handful of contractors up her sleeve that she could recommend to me to get handful of items repaired around my home in time before closing day. Not only that, she also got termite letter for free which typically cost 70-100 bucks.

I have been through the home-buying experience a couple times before, and my experience with Kandace this round was by far the smoothest. Not because there were not any complications with the property and the seller, but because Kandace made sure to take care of them for us quickly. She showed us a couple of different houses before we found the ideal one, but she did not try to push any house on us.
