He truly understands thats its not just about making your clients happy, but also being polite, courteous, and professional with all other buyers/sellers and realtors involved. That in my opinion is what makes good deals happen! David is aggressive when he needs to be but we dealt with some potential buyers realtors that were so aggressive and all about their clients to the point that it made us as sellers feel uncomfortable. David is not like that hes well rounded. Medley realty sold our house in three days and for top dollar. No kidding! They never gave us unrealistic expectations or made us promises they didnt keep. When my fianc and I decided to buy our first home, we turned to David to help us navigate the process. He went out of his way to meet us and show us houses during the available times we had in our busy schedules, and found listings that suited our needs and budget to a tee. After finding what we thought to be our dream home, David handled all of the details that he could so we didnt have to take time off of work to deal with the sellers agent, the many inspections, and all of the other mundane details in the process. When we realized that the deal was going to fall through due to the sellers change of heart, David encouraged us to not give up and he kept his eye out for places he knew we would love. When our home hit the market, David knew it would be perfect for us. He arranged for us to view the house and we were in negotiations two days later! His attention to detail and his professional, yet personal, touch made us feel like we were dealing with a friend, not a stranger. We cant recommend David enough to anyone in the market for an agent!
