Joe is the example when it comes to character in both business and personal relationships. Hes has proven himself time and time again not just over a short time span but now over many years. The proof is in the pudding as he had helped put us in to a rental home years ago and his genuine care and consistency really showed us his true colors. He was efficient, professional, never pushy, and poised when speed bumps were faced during the purchase process for us. Ive referred friends and family to Joe simply on the initial help he provided and now having seen his many successes and happy faces from those family and friends, I can honestly say I wont ever use or recommend another person to handle our realtor needs. Iuculano Group should be the standard that realtors will want to emulate.
