I contacted Joanna in 2022 to buy a house. She looked at her own interest, to find me something, anything, get her commission and that's it. She was unprofessional, not responding, not answering my questions. Finally she passed me to Rebecca Davis, who works in her office, like I was a second hand customer. I was not worth it her time. I am curious when all this craziness with housing market is over, will she treat customers the same? I was disappointed. She is not a good person, or at least not a good real estate agent.

Joanna didn't show herself as a professional realtor and a buyer. She is bad at estimates. She is also too manipulative to trick you into the lowering your true home value. In our case she made an offer and we submitted to it and signed the contract just to realize later that it'd be too expensive for them to do the repairs for resale and all of this even before the scheduled inspection would start. I believe that is the waist of our time and as a result lost opportunities. I don't recommend her, you will be left tricked while working with her. Her team is sketchy as she works as a realtor and her husband is a buyer.
