I rented this apartment unit in the summer of 2017 and the contract ended August 31, 2020. At that time, I requested Mr. Stilli for the security deposit check of $1,800.00 and a copy of an itemized repair order about the time the contract was ended. He told me the owner has the check and would get back to me later. I waited 45 days (time required per contract landlord must return the check) and I didn't hear from him. I sent him numerous text messages/emails and a formal letter requesting the refund check. I didn't hear from him. To my frustration, I sent him a registered US Mail for the final time hoping I don't have to go to court to get my security deposit money back.I am here to air my grievance.
This agent is dishonest and lack of professional conduct. Anyone who plans to rent, buy or sell from him or his company need to think twice. He should be de-listed. 2020
