Trying to find a house is nerve wracking. Ted made this easy. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area and great to work with. The most impressive thing in the whole deal was his help on the day we closed. He went with us the sign the documents, took us to the places we needed to be, reminded us to turn on all services in our name, walked the house with us again while we fell in love all over again with our new home.
