I never had to reach out to him for an update as he was on it. If he needed something signed he would email it to me and then text me to let me know I had an email waiting that needed my attention. I would definitely recommend Andrew Arevalo (Keller Williams) when buying or selling a home. This was not my first time selling/buying a home with Andrew and his awesome teams assistance. As you know, this can be such a stressful process, but each time he has gone above and beyond, and each time I have been absolutely amazed with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to every detail throughout the process. I decided to sell my townhome last month (November). He spent a great deal of time explaining the process (again). My hope was to be able to sell my home within at least 4 to 6 months (as my neighbors with similar/same model had taken up to 6 months to sell). Property had been used as a rental for a few years prior to deciding to list the property. While I was holding on to the property Andrew would occasionally reach out to see if I was ready to list the property without being overbearing or bothersome. Once the decision was made to put the house on the market, I gave the listing to Andrew as a result. He hired a photographer that took great pictures, held many open houses, etc.
The day before the closing there was an incident at the house while it was vacant. This was a stressful period as I was out of the state and could not do anything. I was notified immediately, he personally went to the house, and the buyer was notified so ethically everything was kosher. We closed on time without issues. Excellent work was done here when I needed it the most.
