I bought a house in 2016 that Neil had listed. At first, I thought I would just directly call him, so I could get a showing right away. I was not using another realtor, at that time. I was leery, wondering how he would be; if he was just looking to make a profit. But he was amazing!! I loved him. He was so honest and realistic about the house. He pointed out the good and bad right away. I could always contact him on a whim, for anything. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and kind. I am a single mom who didn't have a lot to spend; yet he treated me with respect, and of importance. I got the house for about half of what it is worth today!! And for less than what I was looking to pay then. When I am ready to sell, I will be listing with him :)
