Kathy sold my uncle's home for me after he died in 2020. Since I live 200 miles away Kathy had to take care of just about everything in getting the house renovated for sale (I just paid the bills - she was the manager). Kathy was always right on top of absolutely everything - she never let up. When it came time to actually list the house she suggested the right price - we got one offer, full price! Then she kept things moving to get all of the paperwork done for a quick closing. Through the whole process she was the consummate professional - and the easiest person to deal with ever. I simply cannot say enough about her - she certainly knows her business.
