She was professional and sweet and we really liked her as agent and hope we can still use her as an agent to find our future home when we are ready to find a new home because the one we had just doesn't suit us at this time
Mark and I could not say enough good things about Claudia. She made this entire process a breeze, even if we were feeling a little overwhelmed at times, (our old house needed a lot of work). Claudia is the ultimate in realtors! I was fortunate to work with her as a buyer. With our limited availability to look at houses, she was always patient as we looked at many houses, never rushing us or trying to lead us towards a particular house. Any time we were interested in a house, Claudia would share with us all information available. She would not hesitate in contacting the listing realtor to solicit additional information that would help us determine if we wanted to look at a particular house. She quickly picked up on what our interests were and helped us identify properties that had the key things we were looking for in a home. When we decided to make an offer, Claudia was instrumental in helping us decide what offer to submit and ensured that everything that was a concern to us was included in the offer, such as including all appliances, etc. I was traveling and difficult to contact at the beginning of the process after we made an offer, so it was challenging for her to reach me. In previous years we had used two other agents and while looking at a condo which was being handled by Claudia Counsell we met her and have never forgotten her because of her knowledge, expertize and great personality.
