Mandy was amazing at the beginning but her lack of communication was discouraging. My husband and I would email or text her and it would take over a week for her to respond if at all. We felt abandoned, our realtor in CO had to go to bat for us for anything to get accomplished in AR. I would highly recommend finding a different agent with the Limbird team as she did not represent us well. 2019
