My husband and I knew April S. Smith prior to working with her to purchase our home. My husband sought out April with some home buying questions/suggestions, just to see what she thought of the situation as a whole. April asked us to come into her office and sit down with her and explain what we wanted, the offering price and just to get a general idea of our stand on the home buying process. She basically took us under her wing and 2 months later, we purchased a home. There is 100% no doubt that without April, we would not be in the place we are today.
