The Gudenkauf Team were my Property Managers from 2008 - 2019. They did a poor job of keep track on what was placed in their care, routine repairs needed or what the tenant were doing. When placed in the Gudenkauf Team care, they lost track of a 54" Riding Lawn Mower, all the binds in the house, fireplace screen. Their negligent resulted in missing property and damages costing me thousands. I would never recommend anyone use the Gudenkauf Team.
