I was relocating to Atlanta. Since I was not in Atlanta yet, Tim would go to houses he thought I would like and videotape a walk-thru and send them to me. It was a great way to begin the process. Once I moved here, I signed a contract in the first week. The entire process with Tim was easy and efficient. (And the fact that he is a tough negotiator with the sellers saved me many thousands of dollars.) His recommendations on lenders and attorneys was spot on also. From beginning to end, it was a super easy/smooth process.
