We had so many pitfalls with purchasing a new home when we moved here. LePage was our realtor as buyers. The first home we put an offer in on ended up having many major issues with it (Disconnected drain line in the master bath, Two Joist were cut in half and propped up with what appeared to be bricks, and other issues we just weren't comfortable with). LePage was straight with us about all of it and told us we should probably not go through with purchasing that home and given it's conditioned we agreed. The seller was.... Lets say contrary.

LePage stayed on top of the issue and ensured that we got our earnest money back by the time it was all said and done. Through all of that we were looking at just renting since we were on a timeline. LePage also helped us with that, but due to the previous circumstance we had to hold off on putting a deposit on the rental home and it ultimately was rented before we had the chance to get an application in. At this point my wife and I were getting frustrated, but LePage and her team helped us find a home.

We looked at four different properties on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. LePage coordinated all of it while driving back to Huntsville from seeing her family in Ohio. Beyond that another gentleman on her team who's name escapes me right now (I'm wanting to say Terae) took time on the Sunday after thanksgiving to show us these homes and we ultimately found a great deal on a home we love in a for sale by owner deal. Throughout the entire process there was never a lack of communication from LePage, and she was informed on our entire situation from financing to getting my family out here for the move. Her and her team are truly fantastic. I have moved a lot due to being in the military and having a career in the defense industry. It just comes with the territory and I am saying, genuinely, that LePage is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Such nice person and great at her job.
