Nicole Anderson was my agent to assist in selling my moms house after my mom passed away. Family and house issues made the transaction a non-trivial matter. We were under contract 5 times. 4 of those fell through, some the day or week before closing. Nicole knew she was not going to be making much money on this sale and she stuck with me anyways. She arranged for the house to be shown countless times, oversaw numerous inspections and scheduled other issues to be resolved. She was kind when family prevented me from being able to sell. I hired Nicole based on positive reviews while looking for an agent to handle selling my Father's house who had passed away. She was able to be handle the preparation and staging for the house while I was located in Virginia. We lived in Maryland and were looking for a lake home in Alabama. Our first find was on Logan Martin Lake. On our first short notice short trip, she arranged for us to see multiple homes and put in an offer on our first choice. She helped us understand the buying process which was a little different than in MD. After inspection and dropping our first contract, we came back for several days and Nicole hooked us up with excellent agents on other lakes in Alabama & showed us more places around Logan Martin Lake. Our needs were unique and she always offered up excellent options for us! Within months we found our home & she had to do a lot to help us get to closing because we were so far away and couldnt come back to check on things we had asked for in our contract. She made sure everything was just right! I highly recommend her!
