I contacted Trevor by cold calling after a previous realtor failed to sell my property. I live out of state and had no resources to rely on for knowledge of the market. Trevor immediately noted that the inflated price of the property was the main reason the property failed to sell. After a brief inspection of the property he informed me the property needed a short but significant laundry list of repairs necessary to complete a sale. Trevor used his resources to put together a team of contractors to get those repairs made, even through the challenges of a severe winter storm that struck the area. The closing date had to be extended because of the weather delays, but in the end his communication between myself and the buyer's representative kept the sale on-track and in the end completed successfully. 2021
