Jake 100% of the time acted in an honest and ethical manner when dealing with us AND our buyer's agent... which may not be important to you but it is to my wife and I.
My wife and I are a single income family and we have four sons. I am in the military and we had to move to Klamath Falls for work in 2010.
We originally stumbled onto Jake through word of mouth. I am SO grateful we did.
My wife originally called Jake to short sell our Medford home after we moved to Klamath Falls for work - because we had not wanted to be landlords and due to the housing market at that time we were upside down in our Medford home. Ultimately the lender did not allow us to short sell our Medford home. As the short sell idea crumbled - Jake remained available, advising my wife and answering all her questions about our situation. Jake earned my trust and respect though his willingness to advise and help us and answer all our questions - even after it was obvious he would not be selling a house for us or earning a commission.
My wife and I did what we had to do to rent and maintain our Medford home over the years.
Fast-forward to 2018.
In 2018 we decided the time was again right for us to try and get out of the rental business so we called on Jake again!
We allowed Jake to advice us throughout the home selling process and the end result was a full price offer after one day on the market - and an extremely smooth relationship with the buyers and their agent.
