Riley Price is indeed a 5 star realtor! In settling our dads estate, Riley represented us as we sold property in Spokane with the added challenge of us residing in the Portland/Vancouver area. Riley went above and beyond in helping us prepare the property to sell and find a buyer. He used his many contacts to arrange for work by contractors from roofers and electricians to move out and carpet cleaning services. Riley even helped us get new appliances delivered and installed. After much time looking on our own and several real estate agents who were unavailable and seemed bothered we were fortunate enough to be referred to Bryan . Cindy is for the buyers not the sellers. From the beginning it was a mess. We were told many things and many lies. Cindy also does not return calls she has her teammates return them with a I'm not sure or a he said she said. After they sign the closing papers watch out!!!! We had days to close and we were threatened until the last minute that the new owners want this or that and you will default after the fact. So be aware. Only in it for the sale and profit not a concerned realator. We paid 14,000$ to her office and got 14$ worth of service. We chose her again only becasue she sold us the house. Big mistake. Yes, she sold it but with many hassles and worries. Many other QUALIFIED realators to do the job.Choose wisely for your money. She also tells her friends your private dealings . Shelly was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. I am originally from Spokane, but spent the last 10 years out of state. Shelly was able to work with my wants from what I remember of Spokane as well as incorporate all that has changed into our house hunting guidelines. She knows the city extremely well and had so much helpful information in terms of city limits, properties that were dependent on well water, schools in the area etc. Shelly paid so much attention to everything I described we wanted in a house and our personalities that she was able to find our perfect home.
