PJ is the best! She helped me find my first home in Denver over the summer and I was really happy with entire process. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for or selling a home. A few things that come to mind: - PJ knows the home buying process inside and out. She took the time to explain everything to me and helped me make smart decisions. My friends who have bought homes have commented about how they never got the kind of detailed info and advice that I got from PJ. - She never pushed properties for which she was the selling agent - She is knowledgeable about the local market and neighborhoods, and being new to the area that was really helpful for me while trying to figure out where I'd enjoy living - I thought I knew what I was looking for when we started, but after looking for a while she figured out what I really cared about and started showing me homes that I was more excited about than the ones I picked out.

For example: The area we like had no homes on the market, so PJ went door to door in the area and asked if anyone is interested in selling their home. Bingo! Now we are living in the area we wanted, with a wonderful home and it would have never happened if not for PJ and her drive and determination to help us find the home we wanted.
