In being first time home buyers, we were entirely green to the process of purchasing and looking for our first home. Where did we want to live? What was an amount we were comfortable with? What was our timeline? For every question we had, he had an answer and not only walked us through the process but followed through with lots of much needed explanation. Mark Hall was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. He went above and beyond. Mark anticipated our needs and met them all with a smile on his face, expert advice, and profound professionalism. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and simply made the purchasing of our new home seamless. We feel so blessed that he was our realtor. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and overall good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple.
Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, so is being emotionally invested as well. We had the pleasure of working with someone who properly set, managed, and came through with those expectations. He was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. We were also so thankful Mark was always so straightforward and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home we looked at that he thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what they had learned about me and my spouse, Parker. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but in my opinion, it is crucial to keep those around that do. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Mark was really focused on making sure we were satisfied throughout the process and with the outcome.
We could not have done this without him and are truly so thankful. In being in our early twenties, we always hear about the stress and struggles of our friends who are also going through the process of purchasing their first home. We have the pleasure of speaking nothing but positive about this whole experience, and we know that would not have been possible without our amazing realtor!

Mark was referred to us by a person friend who had used Mark on their own real estate purchases. Mark was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the Ocean City market. He listened to our criteria and immediately found several listings that worked. We actually bought a condo from the first list of options he researched and toured with us. He guided us through the entire negotiation process and connected us with other professional services we needed to close the purchase.

Mark wasn't representing me but he is the best Agent I have worked with in a real estate transaction! First he communicates extremely well. Ask him a question and he doesn't answer something else. In addition , he gets you an answer quickly. Second, he is responsive...by email, by phone, or in person. Third, he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions. I'd recommend him for on $1-to- multi-million dollars deals. He is fair and trustworthy.
