Jeff and his team were professional from the beginning. I was impressed with the initial presentation. I was provided with a hard copy of the presentation to review again and again after the initial meeting. After the initial presentation Jeff and his team was able to answer any additional questions promptly and in a timely matter. The property received offers within the first 3 to 4 days it was placed on the market. And went under contract on the 5th day the property was on the market. I believe that property went under contract so fast, because of Jeff and his team experience and strategy used to advertise the property. I definitely recommend Jeff and his team for anyone looking buy or sale. They truly understand the client's needs and put the client first.
