She was good at explaining concepts to us in ways we could understand as we tried different selling strategies. She had a variety of strategies to try given her past experience selling homes. She actually sold my mother's house 5 years ago and did a great job then which is why we used her again and will if needed in the future. She was available any time we needed her .
