Lynda is an excellent realtor that helped me purchase a 10-acre homestead in St. Clair, MO in 2021. She showed me several properties over the course of a year, prior to the purchase of this property, and was patient with me during the process. She helped me make several offers on properties during the post-COVID buying boom, until I was lucky enough to have one accepted. I could not have done it without her! I am glad that I hired her to represent me as my buyers agent and referred her to my friends in St. Louis looking for other rural properties. Extremely rude. I called about a property. She didnt want to show it to me. Granted we had a realtor but ours couldnt show us the property and told us to reach out to Lynn. Our realtor said she had been trying to get ahold of Lynn to set up a showing on one of her properties but Lynn wasnt responding. I called Lynn to try to see what the misunderstanding was. Lynn was rude said to call my realtor, which I did and she said Lynn wasnt responding. I told Lynn Im trying to find out what the misunderstanding is. She said my realtor was great and she had to go because she was busy and didnt have time for this, to call my realtor. I said maam Im trying to understand whats going on and it seems like you dont want to sell the house and are being rude. She hung up before I could finish.
I wouldnt trust this woman to sell my shed much less my house. Very rude and unprofessional. Good luck to anyone having to deal with her. 2023
