Sadly, my mother died in September. Following moms passing, my three sisters and I needed to sell her condominium in Deering Bay. I knew Christine through friends. She had an excellent reputation, and we needed a special person to handle the nuances and possible pitfalls involved in the process. Three things became apparent through this process. One, the sale was more involved than we imagined. Two, the buyers were much more demanding than we could have foreseen, and three, coordinating four sisters in three time zones.
