John was absolutely wonderful to work with. He literally replied within seconds/minutes if he was able too. Otherwise, he would reply within hours. This alone meant the world to us. We had dealt with other realtors who never responded or did but it was days later which added more unnecessary stress. He is not only a seasoned realtor with over 30 years of experience, but an all around NICE guy with a great personality. NO matter how worried we got when things came up he was always able to make us laugh and assured us it was a normal process that can happen and he would handle it or look into. (which he did) We love our new home and don't intend to move for a long while, but if we did John would be our first call. We will highly recommend him to family and friends also.
