Wow, what can I say in a review about Sherry Flathman? I was not a home buyer that simply wanted to upgrade or buy into an investment property. I was in a critical family situation that required buying a place to call home immediately. In this market it proves to be tough for a average guy such as myself to obtain a great home for a fair price in a pre approved amount of time. That equation doesnt stand a chance these days, at least thats what I thought.
