Lynn Storey is the worst agent I've ever witnessed in my entire life. She is extremely unprofessional and threw a straight temper tantrum when she didn't get her way. She is aggressive and ripped an entire contract out of my fiances hands and threw it at him. I would not trust this lady as far as you can throw her. Long story short, we have been waiting about 6 months to buy a home in Autumn Meadows and we were boarderline USDA. So when we got the loan commitment put it as a USDA loan since it was best for us and since we didn't use their preferred lender ( which is ILLEGAL). She said she was OK with getting a fine for going against guidelines. I will make sure that EVERYONE that thinks of building will not have to go through what we did. Your company should be ashamed to have such a terrible employee working for you. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE HERO REALITY OR LARRY TEIRBROCK FOR YOUR BUILDER!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
