We recently purchased a second home on St. Augustine Beach. After a few attempts trying to find a realtor in an area that we were not local to, we finally found Karen through Realtor.com. We have only had half a dozen experiences with realtors in our life, as most people do, but I must say I don't think I could've hand picked a better one. Karen is one of the most experienced realtors that you will find with a great deal of knowledge in vacation properties and HOA's. She was such a huge help when we could be in the area and even checked the property after Hurricane Matthew, on a weekend too. It was so reassuring to have her on our side when purchasing a second home and not being local. It seemed at times that she was more focused on saving us money on the purchase, which only lessens her commission, then anything else. I would highly recommend Karen Peil as you local or long distance realtor. She is the best realtor that we have ever worked with!!
