When my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in Hawaii it took us over a month to get someone to call us back letting us know that they were interested in assisting us in the purchase. I was talking to a friend and told her that we were looking to purchase a home but were confused as to why we could not get an agent to call us back. That is when we met Erin Evans. Erin knows how to make a game plan so that as a seller you know what is going to happen before it happens. She knows the current market in the area, so when she told us what photographs needed to be taken and how to go about listing the home to highlight its features, we listened. She knew that an open house would be the best way to show the home and the days and times that were already proven to show the home well. I was so happy to get Erin's call telling us that she was sending us over a signed offer the day after the open house!
The rest of the selling process went just as Erin informed us that it would, letting us know when all of the inspections and such were going to happen. Right down to the closing paperwork Erin was there to walk us through everything.

If you send her a question through email she will either call you or email you back so that you fully understand what is going on. She is so friendly and makes the buying and selling process so easy. We began our search for a new home online using search engines on various sites (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Zillow, Trulia). Several agents contacted us; however, Erin Evans was more knowledgeable of the locations we were interested in and provided solid daily updates of available properties.

The real estate market in Hawaii is different from the mainland and the buying experience presented us with some less than optimal situations. Ms. Evans is a vary talented sale person and always has a positive attitude, I like the flexibility that she allowed me with my work schedule. She was quite understanding with the demands that I gave her and applied them in location and design. Her style of providing what was asked of her is quite unique. She would show you the place and let you do the looking, she was not over powering....... like trying to push it on you to make the sale. I hate that!
