Absolutely horrible. 4 mos on market, like 8 showings- which he did NOT tell Rick about each of them, like the contract said he was supposed too. Had to tell him to have an open house, which FINALLY generated an offer. He did not clearly communicate details and was unmotivated. Very disappointing and will never use that company or have anything good to say about this agent.
