I highly recommendBecky! I've bought/sold multiplehouses and this is - by far - the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. I owe it all to Becky's work ethic!

Prior to buying this house, my husband and I looked at varioustimes throughout the last few years. Different houses, different zip codes, different "asks." Becky always kept an eye out for what we were looking for, never forgot about us, and quickly scheduled house tours when we were interested.

Fast forward to our most recent purchase. Becky was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with me as I asked all of my questions. We noticed a house for sale on our way home, called Becky, and we had a house tour scheduled the next day. We LOVED the house and wanted to put in an offer. She had an offer written that night for myhusband and I to review and think about. We submitted an offer and it was accepted the next day. Wow!

Getting an accepted offer is only the beginning. Becky had suggestions and recommendations for the various inspections and othertransactions thatwere required. She was there with me every step of the way and ensured each moment of the process was smooth.

My husband and I had somewhat of a tight timeline to get into our home. Becky recognized our sense of urgency and was quick to respond. Buying a house typically feels like "hurry up and wait." Not with Becky! We experienced no "wait time" for Becky and her part of the deal.

Let's not forget the paperwork! Becky was extremely organized and prepared. She sent me home with a folder that was arranged in an easy-to-find way. Tax season was a breeze this year, thanks to Becky!

Setting business aside, Beckywas personable throughout the whole experience. We absolutely love Becky and her family! You may start out as a client, but at the end of your experience, you will feel like a part of her family. Becky continues to check in with our little family and see how we are doing. She gaveus a lovely care package and a baby gift. We recently received a Thanksgiving pie, a Christmascard, and a card to celebrate the birth of our son. Well my personal experience with Mrs. Martin was absolutely terrible. From the beginning it seemed to me that she unfortunately harbored a personal grudge against me. There was 2 incidents the first she put me in the middle of a issue that herself was not there for (concerning issues with my former house's ventilation issues) this quickly turned into a verbal confrontation with me, including a threat of eviction and implying that I considered her a "slumlord" which I assure you this never crossed my train of thought. The 2nd incident was she implied that I was actively smoking in the first floor of the property, which she never approached me to clarify what actually took place. And upon moving out [recently] after surveying my room (which had a small stain on the carpet, and smoke stained wall caused by candles which she herself gave me the approval to burn, and lastly a broken window shade cord) she assessed these DAMAGES at a cost to me of $350 (her totals, no explanation). Also my agreed monthly rent of $650, at the time of me moving out changed to $725+damage total of $350. I had to break my lease in order to take care of a sick family member. Upon our final meeting her first words to me were...[censored] "You're screwing over your friends...ect" So I have no doubt in her aptitude at her job, BUT if she doesn't like you she lets you know. I am FULLY disabled and family always will come first. This was my experience with Mrs. B. Martin. Unfortunate.
