From the beginning, Corine was on top of everything. The appraisal was accurate and the house was listed shortly thereafter. She kept us informed of the feedback from prospective buyers each time she had a showing. We finally got an offer and with help from Corine, negotiated a price with the prospective buyer. The pandemic caused some setbacks, as well as, some setbacks due to guardianship issues but Corine was on top of it. She was in contact with the Estate attorney and the Court to get things done as quickly as possible. Corine is pleasant, efficient, organized and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Corine to my family and friends.
