I've been working with Sandie since 2015. She is the best!! She found me a wonderful deal on my first house in 2015. Even after I bought my house she still continued to be a great service by reomending professionals for my floor and walls who all turned out great. Sandie is one of the most unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest realtors we have ever worked with. She boldly lies to her customers and potential customers. She uses fear tactics and fails to present all offers on properties, which is a FREC violation; she continues to harass customers even after they have asked her to STOP harassing phone calls and text messages and stop coming to their home. She ignores these requests and rudely and quite aggressively pursues her agenda regardless of the legality or the numerous FREC violations. She poorly represents new citizens to our city and is a disgrace to the Real Estate community. She continues to lie in her emails and will rudely show up at a customer's place of business and interrupt a customer's work day. Sandi should resign as a realtor and her broker should be ashamed that she has an agent who continues to behave in these unprofessional, unethical, dishonest actions. We are happy to sign a legal document signing all of these violations as a licensed realtor. We would be happy to discuss her unethical behavior with her broker. There should be a zero star area for a review as she is not worthy of one star, and due to multiple abusive actions, she should not be able to practice Real Estate. We will be submitting all these illegal and unethical actions to FREC. 2021

We are brand new to the Daytona Beach area, moving from out of state. Sandie was highly focused on finding us plenty of houses to look at while we tried to decide exactly what area we wanted! With the marking moving super fast, Sandie worked our offers quickly, while still taking the time to get new houses onto our schedule, just in case we needed to keep looking.
