When we decided to live in Mountain Home as first-time home buyers, we were not knowledgeable of the home purchasing process, or of Mountain Homes neighborhoods. Luckily, Rena has had years of experience in Mountain Home and was able to answer every question we could think of! She happily helped us tour multiple homes, and was 100% present in getting us into the home we wanted. Through everything, she was informative, had quick communication, and was always on-time. Rena was always truthful about homes we viewed, and when we were in the process of buying our home, she even sourced a local inspector who took plenty of extra time to walk me through future home repairs and concerns. We have been in our home for about a month and are VERY happy with the house and our neighborhood. If we ever sell or buy again, we will definitely be going through Rena!

Poor communication during the selling process. Hard to get a hold of despite using multiple channels - email, text, voicemail - unless she needed something immediately. Unhelpful when we needed advice. She represented both sellers and buyers; her recommendation during the initial home offer benefitted the buyer and would have lost us money had we agreed. Difficult to get transparency about contractors. Weak customer service skills despite numerous years in the industry. Not recommended for sellers. Don't usually write reviews but so frustrated by the bad experience. 2018
