Very unprofessional in his ethics. He was the neighbor of a property we were looking at and initially gave a lot of good reviews to sell us the home. He even said that the land that is in conservation behind the home (which technically is in the survey for the boundary of the home) could be cleared and used.... quickly turned around and said he would report any clean up and changes in the backyard to the HOA (which he is a board member of) once he we closed and he received his money. Very Unethical how he would lie and cheat a buyer in to purchasing a home and then use his power as a Board Member for the HOA to harass a buyer in to doing as he wishes. Very Low quality individual and I would never work with such a low quality character. 2021

My review is a bit delayed as Michael was our realtor for our purchase of a townhome as an investment property. We've purchased many properties and worked with several different realtors. To be honest, I've questioned the true value those past realtors may have brought us in either purchasing or selling our homes. HOWEVER, Mr. Hamrac is extraordinary in his follow through and making your purchase/sell his priority in getting the deal done. His responsiveness is what brings the most value to us and led to our selection of his services for real estate. It was puzzling to me that a listing agent would not respond to our initial inquiry and thus lost a potential sale/commission. I found Mike over an internet listing, I contacted him and asked to see several properties when I was in town. He met me at the first one and spent the entire day showing me various places none of which I like, he then found one last one to show me, which is the one I purchased. I worked with Mike during the purchase of my home and sale/rental of a townhome. I have worked with other realtors in Tampa and found Mike to be the most responsive and helpful as we worked out a strategy in making an offer and thereafter closing on the transaction.
