This guy is liar. He lied to my agent and I multiple times. He back peddled us by delaying us from viewing the property. He would not get back to us after my offer was accepted. Two weeks later he got back to my agent and said the deal was still good if I was interested. After signing his deal sheet I had a home inspection done for 700 and it seemed like the deal was good to go. He ended taking another offer after we moved forward in good faith with the deal. So I wasted my time and money. Guess he just wanted all the commission to himself. See yall in court.
